FLEXIBLE RATE CONDITIONS - NO PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

• The client can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
• If cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to arrival, a charge equivalent to the first night's stay will be applied.
• In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

To facilitate the check-in process and ensure a worry-free experience:

• For stays of 3 nights or less, the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay 48 hours before the arrival date.
• For stays of more than 3 nights, the amount equivalent to 2 nights will be charged as management fees.

Note: Pets are not allowed.

Check-in and Check-out times

• Check-in: From 16:00 to 00:00.
• Check-out: From 11:00 to 12:00.

Additional Services

You can add parking to your reservation as an additional service or request it upon arrival at the hotel, subject to availability.

Children under 2 years old stay free of charge. However, babies must be included in the reservation in order to have a cot in the room.

INFORMATION NOTE:

Following the amendments introduced by Law 11/2021 of 07/09/2021, published in the BOE on 07/10/2021, article 18, which adopts measures in the tax field, we must inform you that, as of July 12, 2021, cash payments will have a maximum limit of 1,000 euros. In the event that the client is a “natural person who does not reside in Spain”, the limit is set at €10,000.

As is currently the case, payment of an invoice or similar amount exceeding 1,000 euros cannot be split in cash up to €1,000 and the remainder in another payment instrument (credit card, transfer, cheque, promissory note, etc.). This invoice must be paid in full using a payment instrument other than cash.
